Q: Will there be duties and taxes on my package?Note to all customers: All taxes and customs fees have been paid. You only pay what you pay at checkout.
Q: Can I change my order after it has been processed?
A: We pack your products as soon as you place your order. This means that once your order status changes to "Order Processing", your order cannot be modified. This includes changing shipping methods, payment methods, delivery addresses, item color/quantity, or applying discounts.
Q: What happens if I change my mind and do not want to accept the package?
A: If you do not accept or sign for the package upon delivery to your address, we will return the package to one of our warehouses. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Q: Do I have to pay immediately after ordering?
A: After you place an order, please pay within the time limit shown on the payment page, otherwise the order will be canceled.
We have warehouses in Poland.
1. Order processing time
After receiving the order, we usually need 2 to 3 working days to process the order
2. Delivery time (time from dispatch to receipt of goods):
EU: 5~8 working days
UK: 10-15 working days
Note: Order arrival time = order processing time + shipping time
3. Carrier
The bike carrier is UPS GEL.

Southeast Asia: Japan
5. Other countries not mentioned
If you are located in another country not listed above, please email us (skivogr-ebikes@outlook.com) with your location. We will then check if delivery is possible and provide you with a quote.
If you place your order before 1pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, these time limits will start from close of business for that day; if you place your order at 1pm (GMT/BST) on a working day or non-working day, these time limits will start from close of business on the next working day.
6. About freight, VAT and import tax
We offer free shipping on all orders, VAT and import duties are all borne by us. You only pay the price you ordered on the product page
7. Shipment tracking
Shipment tracking is available for all orders of our products.
