Warranty
On all Skivogr bicycles we provide the owner with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against all manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty for electrical components

The electrical components motor, controller, battery, charger, electric throttle and pedal assistance sensor are covered by a 6-month warranty and the display instrument is covered by a 12-month warranty.

Basic parts: 12 months warranty on the frame and 3 months warranty on the flywheel.

Wear parts: Tires and brakes are wear parts and are not covered by the warranty.

If the product is abnormal, please contact customer service as soon as possible, we will be happy to solve the problem for you.

Please do not disassemble it yourself, otherwise the technical department will not be able to correctly assess the fault.
We reject any warranty against unauthorized modification or disassembly.

For non-man-made damage, the above conditions apply to all electric bicycle products in the store.

2. Warranty period and target group conditions
The warranty is automatically registered when the original buyer orders from the online store. Therefore, the warranty belongs to the original buyer and the warranty period is 1 year from the date the warranty is received by the original owner. This limited warranty is only valid for the original owner of a KETELES bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

3. After-sales process
Warranty requirements
All claims under this warranty must be made through Skivogr and presented to our customer service team. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required for any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us atsupportskivogr-ebikes@outlook.com as we may be able to offer a simple solution to your problem. Eligible warranty claims will be processed by Skivogr within one year of the initial purchase.
Skivogr will not replace any parts without seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Clients must provide us with evidence.

Inquiry about transport damage
In rare cases, received items may be damaged during transport. In case of transport damage, please contact skivogr-ebikes@outlook.com and provide us with photo or video evidence.
If any accessories are scratched or lost during transportation, no replacement or compensation is required.
NOTE: We do not accept any claims for damage in transit within 7 days of receiving the product.
