Warranty Terms

    We provide each original owner of a Skivogr e-bike with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on other accessories (inner tubes, brake pads and other consumable parts are not covered by the warranty). This warranty is not transferable.
    During the warranty period, we will replace new accessories free of charge and provide technical support for products with manufacturing defects and performance failures under normal use.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Any problems caused by improper assembly or installation of the bicycle.
  • Modification or installation of components, parts or accessories not originally designed for or incompatible with the product without consulting us.
  • Damage caused by collision, neglect, improper repair, insufficient maintenance or abnormal, excessive or improper use.
  • Use of batteries not specifically designed for your e-bike model.
  • Scratches or other cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear during use;
  • The serial number or barcode of the product accessories has been removed, altered or become illegible;
  • Damage caused by force majeure, such as collision, fire, flood, lightning strike, earthquake, theft, or improper use of any power source;
  • All gifts are additional services and are not replaced or warrantied.

Warranty Process

Skivogr will not replace any warranty parts for buyers free of charge without first viewing photos or videos of the damaged parts.

To exercise the right to replace warranty parts under the warranty policy, you must:

  • For accessories determined to need replacement, we will provide you with the necessary replacement parts and instructions on how to install them.
  • We may agree to send your bike to a local repair shop for repair and may reimburse you for part of the repair costs.
