Refund policy

Buyers have a 14-day right of return. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product is free of wear, dust, dirt, odor or other signs; all items in the box, including chargers, keys, gifts, etc. are intact; the original packaging and labels are retained; the mileage on the bike's odometer must be less than 5 kilometers (3 miles); and proof of purchase is required.

Please contact support@skivogr-ebikes.com to request a return. Buyers may be required to provide relevant photos or videos to prove the condition of the bike. Once the return is confirmed, we will provide delivery information. When your return item is shipped, please send us a notification and provide a tracking number. Please note that we do not accept unconfirmed returns. The loss caused by this will be borne by the buyer.

If the buyer cancels the order or refuses to accept the package after we have shipped it (the buyer has received the tracking number), the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and website transaction fees incurred. We will deduct the corresponding fees from the purchase price.

After receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will replace the product or refund the buyer's request within 2 working days. In case of refund, we will deduct 2.5% from the refund as merchant bank card/PAYPAL processing fee. It normally takes about 3-7 business days for the refund to be returned to the buyer's payment account. If you do not receive a refund, please contact your payment institution.

We do not accept returns for packages that have been delivered for more than 30 days. However, we will provide relevant warranty services in accordance with the warranty policy.
