Order Processing Time
- This is the time interval between when a customer places an order and when the seller hands the order to the delivery service.
- Typically, orders are shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
- Our warehouses operate only during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.

Tracking
- Please note that during promotional events or holidays, tracking updates may take longer than usual.
- If you are unable to view tracking information immediately after receiving a shipment notification, this is normal. Tracking information may take some time to update and details may take 48-72 hours to appear.
- If you are still unable to track your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery time exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@skivogr-ebikes.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If you have paid but your package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before it arrives. We will refund your full payment.
Once your package has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Please note that not receiving a shipping update does not mean that your package has not been shipped.
Address changes and order cancellations: applicable fees
At Skivogr, we understand that circumstances may change after an order has been placed. However, some adjustments after shipment may incur additional charges. Here are the applicable fees:
- Address Change Fee: If the address of the package is changed while in transit, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
- Cancellation after Shipment: If the order is cancelled after the package has been shipped, a fee of 180 EUR will be charged.
- Unaccepted or Undeliverable Package: If the customer refuses to accept the package or it cannot be delivered, a fee of 180 EUR will be charged.Damaged or lost items
Please note that damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping process, we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer packaging. If any damage is found to the outer packaging, we recommend that customers immediately file a claim with the carrier. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any product-related issues.
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
